I’ve not been being so healthy lately, when school is in session I have a habit of reverting to candy and energy drinks and just junk food in general.. but this morning I had a little bowl of granola with vanilla soy milk, and a bagel and raisins on the side. That along with some nice cold water makes me feel really good!
I think this was a good way to start off the day, and I just wanted to share it with you all to remind you that eating healthy can and does affect your mood, and your mood affects your day!
So here is a friendly reminder to eat healthy and be happy and have a great day!
